The Google tool sucks! Nothing but "unavailable data" being given in search volume columns over the last several days.

I love that phrase - "walking the online neighborhood". Evokes some nice imagery of what we'd like the online world to be like. I've been meaning to develop a checklist (for several things) as I'm the queen of running down rabbit trails. I think I'll just borrow yours!
